Stability for Runners & Walkers (Véronique Roberts) Click to expand
Over the course of six weeks, runners will be challenged with exercises that target many key areas of the body that are typically prone to a lack of stability. Each class will provide targeted exercises beginning at the feet and working up the chain. The program is progressive and open to all fitness levels.

Mobility & Self Massage (Véronique Roberts) Click to expand
We will be using a foam roller and small balls to help improve mobility, circulation and range of motion as well as dynamic stretching to help release muscles and improve fascial tissue health. A perfect end to your day.

Posture Improvement (Veronique Roberts) Click to expand
When our body is properly aligned, there is the least amount of strain on our muscles and joints and our body is more efficient. Proper posture can help reduce pain, improve range of motion, lay a solid foundation for all other activities and balance out hours of sitting. Strengthen muscles in the back, core and scapular stabilizers, stretch tight chest, back and shoulder muscles and perfect your posture and alignment in this multilevel class.

Tuesdays, February 28 - March 28, 8:00-9:00 pm
CPR Level C (Linda Fitzpatrick) Click to expand
This course teaches participants how to administer CPR to adults, children and infants. It also covers topics such as, choking and the use of an AED. Certification is through the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Join Linda, a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience, for a lively, educational and information packed evening!
